Aloha Hot Stone Massage is Delphina's unique massage technique using warm ocean stones combined with massage to deeply relax muscles, nerves and organs - balancing the mental and emotional state of your body. This effect increases blood circulation and loosens muscle tissue - stimulating a resurgence of energetic flow within the body.

Lomi Lomi symbolically means to communicate energetically deep with the soul, whilst Aloha translates to presence of the divine breath. These two elements are combined to replenish the life force, nurturing the mind, body and soul - releasing the old and opening to the new flow.

Crystals, sound waves and essential oils are always included in this body & soul-soothing treatment to harmonise the body and balance the chakras.

Delphina has recently introduced the use of cold stones to complement her hot stone treatments.
This has been found to be quite successful in stimulating a gentle blood circulation and stimulation of the healing energies in the body.
